How do I know if my package has shipped and is it on its way?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (ePacket, USPS or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept the return of products by mail. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, saleable, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). However, the previously paid shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. No restocking fee will be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 week.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
About defective/damaged products(if applicable)
Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.
About the product was not damaged but the customer later changed mind
If the product is not damaged after receiving the product, but you change your mind about buying, you can choose to return the product to us, we will process your refund within one week of receiving your returned product, and you will refund it to us After receiving the payment within one week, please note that the return fee will be borne by the customer
Refund Policy for Unsuccessful Delivery:
Refund policy is not applied at any case including items damaged, lost etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.
In any case, the parcel may return to us with one of the following reasons.
· Unclaimed (>90% ** All Parcel will be returned if they are unclaimed within 14 days upon arrival.)
· Insufficient Address
· Moved, Left No Address
· Returned For Better Address
· No Such Street or Number
· Not Deliverable As Addressed Unable to forward
· No Mail Receptacle
· Attempted - Not Known
· Box Closed - No Order
Disregarding any reasons, the Company will be charged the return delivery cost by our local Post Office for all undelivered or unclaimed parcels. The customer should be responsible for the return delivery charge and re-shipment charge if parcels or goods returned "unclaimed" or due to address the related problems.
NOTE: Please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com to get the return address. Refunds for the returned items will be processed in 5 business days after we receive your package. During high-peak seasons like Black Friday or Christmas, additional time of up to 1 week may be needed to process your refunds.
